Elele began his career in the oil and gas industry after completing a Bachelor’s degree (B.Eng.) in Petroleum and Gas Engineering from the University of Port Harcourt. He joined A-z Oil and Gas as an Assistant Production Engineer, where he gained valuable hands-on experience in production operations, process optimization, and safety protocols.

Seeking new opportunities, He transitioned to the banking sector and joined First City Monument Bank (FCMB), where he served in the Business Banking Group as a Direct Sales Agent. During this period, he acquired a deep understanding of financial services and developed strong skills in relationship management, business development, and customer service.

After his banking experience, Elele moved to Pirotti Projects Limited, a company focused on Construction, property development and sales. At Pirotti Projects Limited, Elele held the position of Head of Sales/CRM, where he played a key role in driving sales, Managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to his exceptional performance and leadership abilities, he was later promoted to the position of Head of Properties, overseeing the company’s property portfolio.

In addition to his corporate roles, Elele is an entrepreneur who seats at the Board of Directors of reputable company’s across the nation, , Elele has demonstrated his entrepreneurial spirit, business acumen, and ability to successfully navigate multiple industries.

Throughout his career, he has honed his skills in sales and marketing, becoming an expert in these areas. His expertise, combined with the technical background and leadership abilities, has proven invaluable in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and managing high-performing teams.

Currently, He is the Chief Operations Officer at Tradelogics Limited, a company that is specialized in construction and property development and management ,Elele oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth coordination across different departments and driving operational efficiency.
